The Colorado Bureau of Investigation (CBI) has been notified that the 1st Judicial District Attorney’s Office has filed criminal charges against former Forensic Scientist Missy Woods.
CBI is working closely with the office of the 1st Judicial District Attorney’s Office, as this case now moves forward into the realm of prosecution.
As a result, all future media inquiries should now be directed to the District Attorney.
