10/11/2019—The Hudson Marshal's Office requested assistance from the Colorado Bureau of Investigation (CBI) to investigate the homicide of a Hudson man occurring in the 100 block of Dahlia Street in the evening hours of October 9, 2019.
Shane Phelan (Fay-lynn), age 52, was pronounced deceased at the scene just after 5:00p.m. on Wednesday evening. Investigators believe Phelan was murdered. The cause and manner of death are not being released at this time due to the ongoing investigation.
