A Hesperus man faces two counts of sexual assault on a child in a position of trust based on alleged crimes occurring at his home approximately 10 years ago.
Paul Richardson (DOB:10/04/1961) turned himself in to police and was booked through the La Plata County Jail late Monday.
The Colorado Bureau of Investigation (CBI) was requested by the Durango Police Department to investigate the allegations that were reported by two victims who are known to the suspect.
Based on the investigation, the CBI is asking anyone who may have information regarding the investigation to come forward. They are asked to call 970-210-5941.
